Haus Jausern

The meals became one of the best parts of our trip. Everything we ate was incredible and beyond what we expected. The restaurant team, including Barney, were warm, professional, and attentive, and Carmen and the front desk staff made every interaction easy and pleasant. My fiancée and I loved our stay from the moment we arrived, thanks to how genuinely kind and welcoming everyone was. The hotel is ideally located for skiing and makes a great winter getaway. We’d happily return and recommend it.

The wellness area was beautiful, and the hotel’s minimalist design felt wonderfully zen. It looked fantastic on arrival, just like the pictures, maybe even better. We chose Haus Jausern in Saalbach for its location and design and stayed a few nights with my husband. Dinner was delicious, the wine selection was great, and the staff were excellent. The chef did a wonderful job, and breakfast was just as good. There wasn’t much snow in Saalbach during our February stay, so it wasn’t quite ski-in/ski-out, though we could ski a short way toward the lift. We had a great trip and would love to come back.

We stumbled across this hotel and are so glad we did. Everyone was attentive and helpful, the cuisine was great, and the service was excellent. It was a genuinely relaxing, undisturbed stay. Thanks again, we’re already looking forward to coming back 😍

The website and Instagram show exactly what you get, no filters needed. Haus Jausern’s location, spa, and range of summer activities make it a top destination, especially for hiking. It’s also a hidden gem for mountain bikers, and our dog had a 10/10 stay too, making it great for the family. The team were welcoming, attentive, and on point, an easy 10 out of 10. The food and drinks were exceptional and anything but ordinary. Huge compliments to chef Stefan for the quality and creativity. Hunor, who creates the cocktails and drinks, can take any spirit you think you know to another level.
