Good afternoon. We weren't staying at the hotel, just eating at the restaurant. The service was excellent, five out of five, and the staff were attentive and friendly. The food was edible but pretty average, two out of five. It wasn't terrible, just nothing special or memorable. A mixed experience, with great service but food that could be better.

We had dinner here, Cordon bleu and Wiener schnitzel, and both were perfect. The beer was just as good. The interior feels a little dated, but the friendly atmosphere and delicious food make up for it.

The location is perfect, very close to the ski lift, and the sauna room is good. The hotel itself is great, and breakfast and dinner are nice. Restaurant staff are friendly. Service elsewhere needs work. There is NEVER anyone at reception, and when someone is there they're not the friendliest. Our room faced the street, so if loud noise bothers you, say goodbye to sleep. It felt like everyone on the street was in the room with us. The pillow was flat and the bed was hard.

We've tried lots of different dishes here and none have let us down. It's our favourite restaurant in Saalbach by far. The food and service are both the best, and the prices are great for what you get. I'd highly recommend it. See you again soon!

It feels like stepping back in time when you see the hotel, inside and out. It's chic and well preserved, and the staff are funny and friendly. If you love the kind of food your grandma makes, this is the place. Every meal was absolutely delicious, and I think it has the best food in Saalbach. I'll definitely be back in winter 👌🏽
