Really good food, and one of the best Alms in Saalbach.

We ended up leaving to find somewhere else to stay after several upsetting incidents, especially with the kids. The owner kept shooing them away from the breakfast bar without apologizing, and even hid candy from them. The way the owner treated us was some of the worst I’ve experienced. Traffic made us arrive late, and instead of being understanding, they verbally attacked us for not following the rules. We also never got the dinner we’d paid for or a refund. The cottage owners are arrogant. I’d strongly advise future guests to think twice before supporting this place.

We waited an hour for our pizzas because the waiter forgot about us. She’d told us we couldn’t order until 11:30 and that only pizza would be available then, but at 11:35 she served regular lunch to other guests. Really disappointing, wouldn’t recommend it.

The setting and view are lovely, and it’s a nice spot for drinks, but there are better places to eat. Our food was delayed, so I asked someone to check whether the order had gone through. They just said, “five more minutes” without looking. About 15 minutes later, the waiter checked and found the order had never come through. With the lifts closing in Fieberbrunn, we couldn’t wait any longer and had to leave without eating. The waiter apologized while turned away from us. Very disappointing service.
