We loved the food, from breakfast through tea time to dinner. The team explained the dishes and checked in at every meal to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying everything. You could feel the care and thought behind what they prepared. The free shuttle to the big ski area made getting around much easier. The hotel was also peaceful and cosy, just right for relaxing after a long day out. As foreign tourists, we really appreciated how well all the staff spoke English. Communication was easy, and everyone was patient, friendly and helpful when explaining things. From the moment we arrived, we felt looked after and at home. The owner’s kindness especially stayed with us. On our last day, she personally drove us to the bus station. It was incredibly sweet, and we’ll always remember it. It was our first visit, and this year-end stay left us with warm memories. We’d definitely recommend Hotel Ritzenhoff for its welcoming atmosphere and genuine hospitality.

The first room assignment was a small hiccup, but the attentive staff quickly sorted it out and moved us to a lovely room overlooking the lake in the second building, "Haus am See." After that, everything went smoothly. We enjoyed the delicious meals, the spa, and time relaxing by the lake, as well as the staff’s wonderful hospitality. We had a delightful stay at the beautiful Ritzenhof Hotel and highly recommend it.

Everyone was helpful and friendly, and the service and food were outstanding. The Ritzenhof is a beautiful hotel, conveniently close to many ski areas. We had a great stay, would highly recommend it, and would happily come back.
