We stayed four nights at the beginning of August. Being allowed to check in early was a big plus after driving for 5.5 hours overnight. Our two-bedroom apartment was clean and good, the bathroom was in good condition, and only a few amenities were needed. There was a balcony where we could dry clothes. The host was friendly, but we expected more. We only found out on the third morning what animals there were to see on the farm. A little tour would have been nice. Maybe one wasn't offered because we checked in early, but it was hard to know what we could explore or which animals to look for. The place is close to a very busy road, which makes us not want to return. It's also near an industrial area, so you'd really want a car to visit nearby villages. The nearest supermarket is a 30-minute walk each way. The lawnmower was running in the morning, maybe around 7:00, and there was no entrance during that time.

The apartments are very clean, and the hosts are helpful and friendly. It's a lovely spot between the mountains and a great place for kids.

Our kids were thrilled by all the animals, and the breakfast was really good too. The rooms were great, and we had a wonderful time at Unterbiberghof with the Hörl family. We'd love to come back!

The apartment itself was clean and comfortable. But after a four-hour drive with the children, we arrived an hour early and were told by Ms. Hörl to leave and come back at the time on the reservation. We weren't even allowed to wait in the garden. We found that unfriendly and unprofessional.

We only booked three nights on relatively short notice, but got a very warm welcome and felt comfortable right away. The apartment was modern and very clean. We especially appreciated that breakfast was available even though we were staying in an apartment. Our hosts were friendly, helpful, patient, and hardworking. We're already looking forward to the homemade elderflower jelly we brought home 😋.
