Inge has always been very hospitable, and I do give her credit for that. Still, handling criticism calmly matters in hospitality, and I’ve chosen another place to stay. People remember the one thing handled terribly among all the things done right, and this experience will stay with me. Since March 2025, I’ve spent seven weeks at Haus Inge and a significant amount of money. I offered constructive criticism about the in-house Wi-Fi, which was abysmal at 2.52Mbps and couldn’t even open some web pages. The owner said nobody had ever complained, then confronted me twice about it. The next day her brother came to my room and said I could find another hotel if I didn’t like their internet. He was one of the rudest men I’ve ever met, and there was no apology. After my complaint, the speed jumped 15 times to a slow but acceptable 38.1mbps. I was very disappointed. I’ve never encountered this kind of behaviour in all my travels.

If you’re skiing in the area, this is a must. Just great, and an excellent choice.

A family-friendly place with excellent service, in a genuine Austrian house with traditional furnishings. The TV room has a coffee maker you can use free of charge, and sponge cake was put out every afternoon.

A very cozy hotel with nice rooms, friendly staff and a really good breakfast. The sauna made for a lovely relaxing break. I’d love to stay here again!
