Hotel Weismann

The location is beautiful, and I was warmly welcomed at this traditional, family-run Austrian hotel. I had a comfortable week, with excellent food and service. Nothing was too much trouble. If I come back to Austria, I’d book the Weismann Hotel without hesitation.

The staff were lovely, and nothing was too much trouble. There was a vegetarian choice every evening, and the puddings were excellent. It’s a lovely little village, too. The church bells at 6am were a pleasant way to wake up 🔔🔔🔔

We had a balcony looking out over the gorgeous garden, which made our stay even nicer. The spacious room had comfy beds, and the bathroom was clean and roomy, with a good shower and plenty of towels, soap, and shower gel. Nearby shops and cafes were lovely, and Salzburg and Mondsee aren’t far away. The garden itself is beautiful, with chickens, parrots, a pool, and a little fish pond. This traditional Austrian hotel has a lovely atmosphere and nice decorations. The menu offered a great choice, and every dinner was delicious. I’d hoped to try traditional Austrian food, and I definitely got to. Service was brilliant, and dinner came out quickly. The staff were friendly, efficient, and clearly worked hard to make sure we all had a good time. I’d highly recommend Hotel Weismann and would happily return!!!

The staff were helpful and friendly, and I had a good stay. The dining room and bar are large. Food was adequate and well cooked, with very good quality meat. I was here for five nights on a tour and had a single room with nice matching furniture and a flat-screen TV. It was very clean, with a good-sized single bed. The bathroom was also clean and nicely decorated, with a bath and shower, sink, and toilet.
