A great location, just minutes from the lake. The owner was kind, courteous, and helpful, and bicycles were available. Breakfast was excellent, and the room was clean, comfortable, and adequate. The garden was well maintained, with loungers and a children's playground.

We'd love to come back. The price is unbeatable for what you get, and you can borrow bicycles for free. Children can play in the garden, and it's quiet at night because the tourist area is more on the western shore of the lake. The hosts are friendly and accommodating. The rooms were mostly modern and very clean, with comfortable beds, and breakfast left nothing to be desired. The carpet and retro rugs look a little dated, but don't let that put you off. The only downside is the small bathrooms, due to space constraints. If you're very large, showering might be difficult, though they were so clean you could eat off the floor. This is a super nice little guesthouse in Unterburg, just a few meters from the eastern shore of the lake.

Friendly hosts and excellent value for money. Beach access and a guest card with lots of leisure activities are included. There's also bicycle storage in the garage, with a charging station.
