The kitchen is the best part of Hotel Greif, with delicious food. The hotel itself is a solid 3-star place but has absolutely no comfort, and the rooms are totally retro, straight out of the 60s. The bathing area sits between the public bath and the Park Hotel. Children from the public bath really like the jetty. There are very few loungers and parasols, and some guests claim four of each for two people, then spend all day cycling or hiking. Maybe the hotel owners will buy more loungers and parasols. We didn't care much for the beach buffet, but that's just a matter of taste. There are lots of regular guests who have been coming here for years. It's hard to say what it'll be like next year.
