We felt completely at ease during our Buchinger fast at BioVitalHotel Sommerau. The peaceful atmosphere and setting in nature were just right for slowing down. The massages and spa area were top-notch and helped bring body and mind back into balance. The hospitality was warm too. A clear recommendation for anyone wanting to switch off consciously and recharge.

Sommerau having only fasting guests makes the stay especially pleasant. There's nothing to distract you, so you can reconnect with yourself. It's a perfect place for fasting, whatever program you choose. I'd love to return.

I spent a seven-day detox week here and never felt hungry, even with the reduced calories. The house is welcoming, with a warm, pleasant, family-like atmosphere. The treatment team is friendly and offers a varied range of treatments, and the spa area has plenty of places to relax. Many thanks to Theresia Neureiter, her family, and the team for their dedication and hospitality.

I'm heading home after ten wonderful days of alkaline fasting at Bio VitalHotel Sommerau, feeling light, clear-headed, and full of joie de vivre. The relaxed hotel atmosphere made it easy to take a break from everyday life. The owner, Theresia, is calm and empathetic, with a good sense of what her guests need. She made sure everyone was comfortable without being intrusive. The food, thanks to senior owner Anna Maria Neureiter, was delicious and made alkaline fasting enjoyable. The saunas are relaxing, and the treatments are a great complement to the fasting program. A thoroughly successful stay, and I highly recommend the hotel.
