The location is excellent in my opinion, and you can walk or ski to both stations. From the start to the end of our weekend, we felt warmly welcomed and well looked after. As a guest, I felt valued. I could use the gym whenever I wanted; there were no set hours, and they trusted me with the key. That was amazing, and the equipment is really good for a short stay. Dinner menus were amazing, and even as a very good eater I got everything I wanted. I especially liked being asked if I wanted seconds. Breakfast had a great variety too. The staff were friendly, and it felt like a big family that included the guests. I know I’ll come back to this area in summer and winter, and I already know I’ll book this hotel again. See ya!

It’s a clean hotel with a good location, very close to the first train for the Pitztal ski area, about one bus stop or a 10-minute walk. The staff were friendly, while dinner was okay and drinks a bit overpriced. The wellness area is quite old. Overall, it’s good for families.

The room was comfortable and the cleaning service was perfect. Breakfast and lunch were really good too. I’d recommend this place for a short, relaxing break in the mountains.
