The showers were the real problem. Turn the water hot and only a few drops came out; otherwise it was cold. It seriously spoiled the stay, and I’d like to know what the hotel’s stars even stand for. To me, this is a very basic pension that shouldn’t cost more than 50 € a night. The staff were nice and friendly, but the rooms felt very old-fashioned and basic.

A big letdown for a family holiday. The older woman serving breakfast was very unfriendly and discriminating, with no customer-friendly attitude at all. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to families with children.

The spa was exceptional, and the rooms were spacious. It’s close to the ski bus and safe for kids, though there’s nothing to keep them entertained. Very good value for the price overall.

The hotel itself was quite nice, but the customer service was awful. The receptionists were absolutely rude and unfriendly. Never again. Austria’s hotel industry talks about special hospitality, but these people clearly haven’t heard of it.
