Kreischberg Chalets by Alps Residence

The chalet is close to the slopes and generally a good place, but this was our third visit and a real letdown. For nearly 4500 EUR a week, you'd expect basics like toilet paper and soap. The reception ladies weren't helpful, and being left without toilet paper at that price felt like a bad joke. The kitchen was much less well equipped than in previous years, and cleaning was poor: we found hair in the sauna and dirty socks in the bed, and the dishwasher was dirty and didn't work properly. The shower drain also wasn't working right. We reported it several times, but nobody came to fix it. We won't be back.

Amazing views, a well-equipped house and really good customer service made this feel like a dream family vacation. We had such a great time, and we'd love to return. Highly recommend it for a pleasant holiday with the family.

The kids had football goals, a trampoline and other outdoor things to enjoy around the well-kept grounds, and there's a supermarket just a four-minute drive away. Our new, spotless house had a terrace, fireplace, sauna and Jacuzzi, and the kitchen came with everything from pans to cutlery. The ski lift was about a two-minute walk from us. We loved it and will definitely come back.

There are lots of activities nearby, and the reception was helpful. Our excellent chalet had plenty of room and a very complete kitchen. I'd give the park five stars if it had more facilities, like a laundry room and swimming pool.
