It was noisy at night and hard to get a good sleep. I also found visible spider webs in the room corners, which made me uncomfortable, and the general cleanliness didn't meet basic expectations. I had a disappointing stay and wouldn't recommend the hotel unless cleanliness and noise control improve.

The scenery around apartment KBA14 is beautiful, and there's plenty to do outdoors. We could visit a nearby beach, rent electric bikes to explore on two wheels, and see a breathtaking waterfall that was worth the trip. Our family spent a week there in August. The apartment was spotless and very quiet, with a well-equipped kitchen, a nice terrace and an infrared sauna in the bathroom. Our son especially liked the bunk bed in one of the rooms. We'd definitely return to explore more.

We had to cancel our reservation because of a force majeure situation involving war and a flight ban that stopped us from arriving. I emailed to explain what had happened. At first, the management team said they understood and would try to help, at least by postponing the reservation. Then they ignored our messages for the whole week, right up to check-in, before suddenly telling us they couldn't help with the booking or delay it. With our other reservations, we had no problem at all: everyone understood and canceled without a charge. The management team's behavior was very dishonest.

The apartments are modern and comfortable, but I can't recommend staying until the lock problems are fixed. The cards for both the building's main door and the room kept failing. That meant waiting outside in the cold, sitting on the stairs below the room, or making repeated trips to reception. After a full day, none of that makes things more pleasant.
