We'd read good things about the coffee and cakes and chose this place to rest after a walk in St. Wolfgang. But after we sat down, we waited and waited for service, and no one came. It was hot and we were starting to feel uncomfortable, so we went to the bakery just across from the restaurant instead. We had a great time there.

The coffee was good, and the cheesecake was a little dry but still okay. I found the decor inside overwhelming, and couldn't make sense of it.

This is one of Austria's most unusual coffee places, and all the things inside make it extremely cozy. There's so much to look at, from a huge mix of signs to candleholders, artistic figures, and all sorts of plants. It feels like a museum, and every minute you spot something else. You could spend hours here without getting bored. The staff were kind and attentive, the breakfast delicious, and the barista-made coffee tasty. I'll definitely be back. Thanks for the hospitality.
