Sautens is quiet, so anyone after a lively atmosphere should head to Sölden. For our ski trip, we drove the 4 km to Ötz, though the ski bus stops right outside the apartment at certain times. The nearest stop with frequent service is just 500 m away. We were very comfortable here as a family with two children and would gladly return. The apartment was excellent in every way, from its size and amenities to the cleanliness, soundproofing, blackout curtains, and covered parking.

We were able to keep our bicycles in a separate locked room belonging to the landlady, which we really appreciated. The terrace and its view were fantastic. A clean, spacious, and very nice holiday apartment with everything you need. Highly recommended!

The Ötztal Premium Card came with the stay, so we could use cable cars and other excursions for free. Our hostess was friendly, and the apartment was peaceful despite being right at the entrance to the Ötztal Valley. We were six adults in Top 2, a stylish, modern, and luxurious 100m² apartment. It had three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a separate toilet, a large living room with kitchen, and a big terrace. We had a wonderful stay.

The hostess was friendly and helpful, and the apartment felt like coming home. It was clean, beautifully furnished, and had a large balcony with a lovely view. The beds were comfortable, and the big bathroom had both a bathtub and shower. The surroundings were very nice for walks. Shops were nearby, and we could reach larger towns easily by car.

We were 11 friends staying across two apartments. Booking was easy, and the owner was very friendly. Both places had modern furnishings and were exceptionally well maintained. We'd gladly return.
