The hotel has a relaxed, homely feel, but at dinner the staff dressed smartly and looked the part. They're a credit to the business. We barely saw any management on the hotel side. That does add to the laid-back atmosphere, though an occasional hello and check-in to see how guests are doing would be welcome. We were one of just two British families we counted, so I thought some detail might help UK families considering a May half-term trip. We had a brilliant time staying here and exploring the Wilder Kaiser. We flew into Munich and hired a car, the airport was about 90 minutes away. The staff were especially welcoming, attentive and helpful. The restaurant team were lovely with our two young kids, always greeting them with smiles and a chat. They cleared plates efficiently, remembered our drinks and brought refills, which we appreciated even though it was meant to be self-service. The chefs were friendly and helpful too, and clearly skilled. Fantastic hotel, we'd thoroughly recommend it.

I could have spent days in the beautiful spa. The hotel looks even better in person than in the photos, and service was always spot on. The food was varied and so tasty. Thanks for such an amazing experience.

We've been to Hotel Kaiser for the past three years, and each stay has been great. Our kids love it and count down the days every year. There's a fun kids' room, the buffet is clean, and the all-inclusive style works nicely. Food is delicious, and a free shuttle takes you to the ski lift, with great slopes just minutes away. We prefer coming here to skiing in the United States and hope to make it back every year. Can't recommend it enough.

We spent three nights here in July 2024, and the kids cried when we had to leave. The staff were kind and very service-minded, possibly the best we've experienced. The rooms were perfect, there was lots to do with kids, and the whole stay felt relaxing. We enjoyed every meal, the food was healthy and nice. We'll definitely come back!
