The owner was pretty nice.

We were made to feel welcome from the start, and this is a place we won’t forget anytime soon! The owner was so kind, the rooms were spotless, and the Lake Wörthersee view from the fantastic location was lovely. We stayed for a few days and were delighted. We’d gladly come back.

We booked three nights without breakfast. The landlord was friendly, and the price felt fair for what we got. The rooms are on the small side, but the bathroom has what you need, and there’s a little balcony. Smoking isn’t allowed inside. For a few days, it was perfectly adequate. We visited in June and the rooms got very warm, as there’s no air conditioning. Mosquito nets might help, so you could leave the windows open overnight without insects coming in. The location was okay, and it’s easy to get around by bike or car. There’s also a free taxi to the nearest beach.

We had a very good, generous breakfast buffet, and the host was kind and friendly. This was our first stay at the Geneva guesthouse. Our room was small but suited us, with a little balcony furnished with a table and two chairs. It was clean and well equipped, as was the guesthouse. If we’re back in the Wörthersee area, we’ll definitely stay here again.
