Direct access to the slopes and a great view make Almnest a lovely place to spend a holiday. The apartments are always so cozy and well equipped.

We’ve stayed at Almnest twice and had wonderful holidays both times. The owner is very friendly and always available. The house sits right beside the ski slope, which was still usable in spring conditions. The apartments are thoughtfully laid out, with plenty of hooks and practical shelves, and have a fantastic view of the Dachstein mountain. The larger apartment also has a lovely, spacious terrace.

We’ve stayed in a lot of vacation rentals, and this was one of the best. The host family was so nice. We’d happily recommend Almnest. Best wishes from the Sauerland region.

I took these photos from the balcony. The holiday apartment was fantastic and had everything we could want. The landlady was friendly and helpful, and everything was just right. We’re definitely coming back, and we’ve already picked the date.

It was so peaceful and relaxing, with the slopes in view and fresh bread rolls for breakfast. The apartment is in a beautiful spot. Thank you, dear Vanessa, for being such a wonderful host! 🥰
