The penthouse is spacious and has a great view, and the bed linen and bathroom were clean. But there were a lot of problems. The lift has been out for three days, and I don’t know if it’ll be fixed. Some living room lights didn’t work, and neither did the corridor toilet light, though Schladming Apartments fixed that after we reported it. The thermostats barely work. In one room, the floor heating warped the wooden floor. The cooker hood was coated in thick grease, and the oven leaked so much heat that the plastic knobs nearly melted. There were no recycling bins outside the building or in the kitchen. We were told to take glass and paper to Altstoffsammelzentrum.
