Our kids had a wonderful time with the rabbits, chickens, and sheep, plus the playground, trampoline, jacuzzi, and all the other things to play with. They really didn’t want to leave. The house is up on the mountain with a fantastic view, and a walk farther uphill brings you to "somnenalm", another lovely place with food, animals, and a playground. The owners welcomed us warmly and took time to tell us about the area. Dinner was served at 18:30, freshly prepared with some local produce, and it was delicious. We were so surprised by how nice the place was. I’d give it 10 stars if I could.

You can get straight onto magnificent cross-country trails, or reach the great Schladming slopes in 10 minutes. Afterward, relaxing in the sauna or the terrace bath with those breathtaking views feels like heaven. It’s such a peaceful spot, with a wonderful family who take care of you and cook homemade food you’ll love. The best combination.

The children had a marvelous time with the bunnies and feeding the cows, and even got a tractor ride. The food was delicious and clearly made with care, and the accommodations and views were excellent. Hansi and Cora welcomed us with so much warmth and good humor that we felt at home right away. What a treasure of a holiday. We can’t wait to return to this special place.

The setting up on the mountain is peaceful, with a magnificent view. The children could visit the farm animals or play foosball, darts, and table tennis in the games room. Dinner was homemade, freshly cooked, and delicious, with seconds available; breakfast had a good spread and freshly made egg dishes. We were greeted right away and even got into our room before check-in time, plus a complimentary upgrade to a larger room. The drive up is a bit of an adventure, though you get used to it. It’s our first time at the farm and we’re thrilled. A big thank you to the hosts and the whole family for keeping Austrian hospitality alive here. We’d love to return!
