There’s an after-hours bar next door with loud electro music that goes on until 5:00 am or earlier, and you can hear it easily through the walls. I had trouble reaching the owner to check in, and only the cleaning lady was available. The room was comfortable and rustic, with a shared toilet down the hall and a shower in room 4.

The rooms were cozy and warm, with a shower in the room and shared toilets. But check-in took more than 40 minutes because we had to wait for the owner to arrive, and he was drunk when he checked us in. Not professional at all.

The location is right in the center of Schladming, next to the pedestrian zone, and the value for money is excellent. The owner and staff were friendly and helpful. My bed was very comfortable, and the heating warmed up quickly. The rooms are clean and cozy; the showers and toilets are in the hallway, but they were always spotless. Best regards, D. Neuman

Music from the bar downstairs blares until 4 a.m., so getting any sleep is impossible. The room has no toilet, and there’s just one for the whole floor, unheated. A shower has been awkwardly put in the room, and it wasn’t cleaned properly, with the drain running right through the room. For a price that could get you half-board elsewhere, this dump isn’t worth even €20.

For the price it’s okay, but the rooms could be in better condition. There’s only a shared toilet in the hallway on each floor, and the shower sits right next to the bed with no separate bathroom.
