I likely got a different apartment from the one Booking.com confirmed, since the description didn't match. Apartment 3 isn't one I can personally recommend. The kitchen is very large and has all the necessary appliances, with a lovely covered balcony overlooking the Dachstein massif. The housekeeper was friendly and attentive, and the reception staff were pleasant. The bathroom is very small, and the toilet area is cramped. The kitchen is reached separately through the hallway rather than being inside the apartment. There were no cooking utensils apart from a whisk.

The mix-up was cleared up straight away, and the Summer Card was refunded. At first I was annoyed that the card was only included if you stayed at the hotel. We had a very nice stay, the location is great, and the staff are very friendly. Highly recommended!

We booked the Hubertus apartment, but neither the fridge nor the kettle worked 🤨. The summer pass wasn't included either. They offered it to us for €5.50, which we added, but nobody said that was a daily charge. We got a lovely bill at checkout 😡.

A simple, clean place to stay in a guesthouse beneath the Alps. There's a TV in the room, a reasonably equipped kitchenette, free parking right by the guesthouse, and space to park e-bikes. A sauna is available, and swimming is possible at the low-cost hotel Hotel Vitaler Landauver.
