APART Resort Schruns

The design is stylish, the place was clean and well cared for, and the kitchen had solid amenities. The location in Schruns is great. But at this premium price, the stay didn’t meet expectations. The Wi-Fi was frustratingly slow and unreliable, and service was limited, especially in the wellness area. We were allowed into the apartment early, but the set 4 PM check-in and strict 10 AM checkout still felt outdated and inflexible. Guests also have to take out the trash, leave the apartment “broom clean,” and empty the dishwasher, even with a separate, steep cleaning charge. There’s also a damage deposit and a required linen fee, which made the value harder to justify. With such a high cleaning fee, I’d expect a properly staffed cleaning team, so why not offer more flexible checkout and full service? If that can’t be managed, the fee should be lower or included. Guests shouldn’t have housekeeping chores beyond basic courtesy. Premium pricing ought to make things easier. It’s a beautiful property in a great spot, but the experience felt too rigid and transactional, with too little hospitality for the cost. We might come back, though I felt this feedback needed saying.
