Our children loved having televisions in every room, including Apple TV, and we made good use of the large ski room, boot heaters and two sleds. The chalet was clean and well maintained, with a cozy sitting area and wood-burning stove. We stayed in the Zimba apartment at Chalet Christl for a fantastic winter sports week. It sits against the mountain and looks out over Schruns, with lovely afternoon sun on the spacious balcony. There are two roomy bathrooms and an infrared sauna on the balcony. The kitchen is a little cramped, but has everything needed for self-catering, and you can park right by the door under a canopy. The house is right by the cable car valley station, with a cozy après-ski spot at the bottom, closed on Mondays. Besides Hochjoch, the smaller Golm area is available and is great for kids, with charming mountain restaurants and lovely views over the slopes. The larger Nova area is only a few minutes' drive away. Definitely recommended, but book early. We tried to reserve for next year and were already too late.

The owners were very friendly, and the apartment had excellent amenities. It’s in a prime spot, with stunning views of Schruns and the surrounding mountains. A fantastic place for a holiday.

Practically perfect: very clean, well equipped and with friendly owners. There’s a balcony, terrace, bathroom, separate WC, two TVs, excellent Wi-Fi and covered parking, plus a fantastic view. It’s a five-minute walk to the town center, though the route is quite steep.

We got a very friendly welcome. The apartment is well furnished and fully equipped, with fantastic views. Shops and restaurants are walkable, and there are lots of good hiking and cycling trails nearby.
