H2O Hotel-Therme-Resort

We live in graz and got here by bus in just 1h30min, really easy. There's a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Everything seems designed with kids in mind, from the room to the play areas and pools.

For the pretty steep entry fee, the spa facilities are quite basic. You only get free WiFi as a hotel guest, and there's no family package, so everyone pays full price, as the desk confirmed. The floor is unbelievably slippery, almost like it's coated in soap. Maybe the tiles are worn. It's clean and the staff are friendly, so it wasn't bad, but I wouldn't come back. Most other water parks or spa resorts offer better value.

There are lots of kids around, so this might not suit you if that's not your thing. But the sauna area was kid-free and had plenty of ways to relax, while the family thermal baths were exceptional too. The food was great and the service wonderful. We spent four amazing days and got into a proper wellness routine. We'll be back 👍🏼

We visited the Thermal park, not the hotel, and all of us liked it, especially the little ones. The pools were really nice and clean. The food looked good but was terrible, with no seasoning or salt at all. There were also lots of badly behaved kids. Still, almost everything else was okay. Best regards, Liam
