Apart Garni Elisabeth

A great place to stay.

We had a great time at the accommodation, and the owners were lovely. They also suggested some beautiful hikes that are manageable even for inexperienced walkers. The scenery is wonderful, with a choice of cable car rides or lovely trails, and nearby towns are easy to reach by bus or car. We'd happily come back for another holiday!

We stayed in Room No. 2 from January 5th to 12th, 2019. It has a balcony, practical furnishings, and a recently renovated bathroom in excellent shape. The room was cleaned every day, and there’s a drying room downstairs with heated ski boot racks. Breakfast was good, especially the coffee. We thought it was great value and would stay again. Elisabeth and Helmut were exceptionally kind and welcoming, and always willing to meet guests’ requests. The place is peaceful, just off the Silvretta High Alpine Road. The bus stop for the cable car in See is right outside, about a minute away, though we usually chose the roughly 10-minute walk. The stop for the train to Ischgl is three minutes away. Guests at Garni Apart Elisabeth get 10% off ski rentals, including skis, helmet, and boots, at Sporthaus Narr in See.

The apartments are spacious and kept very clean, and the people here are so friendly and willing to help. You can walk to the mountain lift and supermarket, with lots of lovely hiking routes nearby. A great choice for a trip to the Paznaun Valley.
