Charmantes Apartment in der Residenz Silvretta

The apartment was fine and well located, but checking out became difficult because the host didn’t understand English well enough. We managed to sort it out in the end. It would make the stay much easier for visitors who don’t speak German if the property could handle basic communication in English.

The building is brand new and stylish, with an awesome view and a supermarket five minutes away. The kitchen gear and tableware were good, and there were fresh towels, a hairdryer, washing machine, conditioner, and WI-FI. We also got two parking places per apartment, self check-in, and a bottle of wine as a compliment. There were some frustrating details. We booked for two guests rather than four, and they closed off the second bedroom, even though we’d paid for the whole apartment. The cleaning fee was 80€, but they still asked us to take out the garbage ourselves. Ventilation was loud, the blankets were short and designed for winter even though we came in summer, and the pillows weren’t comfortable. Check-in at 17.00 and check-out at 10.00 in the morning felt restrictive. Small things really do matter, and these could be improved 😊

See is a charming little village, and the apartments are beautiful, with high-end furnishings. The location is fantastic, close to well-groomed slopes and three other ski resorts, Ischgl included.

We stayed in Apartment Top 4 from October 8th to 15th, 2022, and enjoyed every moment of it. The valley view is breathtaking, and the apartment is stylish, modern, and luxuriously furnished, with nothing missing. The landlord was professional, and the support on site was especially friendly. If we come back to this area, we’ll definitely book the same apartment again. Thanks again, and best regards.
