Gerhard kindly drove us up the mountain himself when the taxi we'd booked for checkout never arrived. Excellent service! We had a comfortable bedroom for our two-day stay. The restaurant was closed in the evenings while we were there, though the breakfast gave us the impression the food would have been good. It was the best breakfast buffet we'd had in Austria so far, after 10 days: fresh juices, cereals, berries, around a dozen kinds of bread and rolls, ham, cheese, cured fish, fruit, eggs made to order, coffee, lots of teas and cakes. We looked around the spa facilities but didn't use them. They all appeared clean and in good condition.

We visited in Sep 2023 and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious, nice and clean, and breakfast was amazing. Parking was convenient and free, with a socket available if you have an electric car. Highly recommended.

The room was beautiful and the views were amazing. I felt so welcome, and the staff were friendly and helpful. There was a great choice on the menu. I'd recommend staying here. It was good for my soul.

I was one of nine bikers from Norway on a 16-day trip. The evening after checking out of Moserhof, I realized I'd left my vanity case in the room, with several credit cards inside. I called the hotel, and they confirmed they'd found it. We were already in Slovenia, too far away to go back, so Hotel Moserhof posted it to my home address in Norway. It arrived at the post office yesterday. I'm very grateful. Thank you very much, Hotel Moserhof!

I clicked the wrong button by mistake. I don't dislike the place at all, and would definitely rate it 5 stars. Sorry about the mix-up.
