Tanja made us feel so welcome, and that warm chocolate cake was a lovely surprise. She was easy to reach, friendly, and happy to help with anything. The appartement is just a few minutes on foot from the village and Rosshütte ski station. Inside, it’s spacious, clean, and fully equipped, with every kitchen accessory we could think of. We also loved the sunny south-west facing terrace, plus the welcome prosecco and snacks. 1st picture: Bergkranz; 2nd: Tanja's vitamines for the soul 😍 Joke, Marian, Gerrit & Theo

We were five in the family and stayed three nights, and all wished we’d booked more time. Tanja is such a lovely host and clearly enjoys making people happy, down to all the small details. The place itself is spacious, beautifully decorated, and clean. It’s right across from the village center, too. Highly recommend!

We feel right at home here, and this was our second year coming back. The apartments and furniture are really nice, and the place is kept so tidy. The host is incredibly friendly and makes you feel special, the kind of person who really goes the extra mile. Such a warm welcome.

It’s very convenient for both ski areas in Seefeld, and the supermarket is close by. The apartment is fantastic, modern, and so well set up for cooking. The landlady is super friendly. I’d happily come back.

We had a lovely new holiday apartment with all the essentials, even a washing machine and spices. The hostess was very helpful and nice.
