Haymon

It’s well worth choosing half-board if you can. Hotel Haymon was as good as ever on our spring visit, with rooms, food, and service that couldn’t be faulted. The friendly staff and family owners make it feel like a real team effort.

The hotel is cozy, warm, and centrally located, and the service was superb in every area. The food was consistently good, and the staff, including the family, were helpful with advice about trips and local activities. They’re very good with children, too. We highly recommend Hotel Haymon and will be back often!

After a hard day as a beginner on XC skis, we loved settling in the bar with a book and one or two afternoon cakes before heading back for dinner. The food was delicious and well worth hurrying back for. Half-board is definitely worth it. I can’t imagine poling along on XC skis without caffeine or scrambled eggs! We’re already looking forward to our next visit. This was our second year at Haymon, and the Hiltpolt family once again made our week-long stay delightful with their warmth, attention, and care. Special thanks to Andreas and Max for kindly helping me surprise my boyfriend with a delicious birthday cake. Such a lovely touch.

The rooms were clean and quiet, and had all the facilities provided. We loved the afternoon cake break, and both the fantastic breakfast and dinner were highlights. If dinner isn’t included in your booking, I recommend asking about it when you arrive. It’s really worth it. The hotel is in an excellent spot, with easy access to areas where you can explore the surroundings. The owners and staff were absolutely great and extremely kind. Many thanks to them.
