Seefeld itself is beautiful, and the hotel has free parking. The room was very basic. We specifically wanted a balcony, so we booked the suite after being told that was the only room with one. On arrival, we found it was a shared terrace with no privacy at all. We also chose the place because we thought we could eat at the restaurant, but were told it was closed in the evening. Then we saw other guests dining there. It seems half-board was available, which made the situation even more disappointing. Breakfast was basic, with nothing labeled, so we couldn’t tell what the food was. The orange juice was unidentifiable. I was facing away from the buffet when I asked for more cucumber, and the waitress stomped off; I hadn’t realized she’d already brought some. Her attitude and the fact she barely seemed present completely spoiled the morning. We’d planned to stay another night, but decided to find a friendlier hotel.

The staff did their work quietly and really well. Breakfast had plenty to choose from, including lots of local food. The rooms were excellent and the interior was very nice. A great place to stay, and I can fully recommend it.

The room was spacious, with a lovely balcony and sitting area. I’d emailed ahead to book a massage and hay bath therapy, and was given a robe when I arrived. The spa was clean and enjoyable. I paid the masseuse in cash and settled the hay bath at checkout. The beer bath setup looked very tempting too. The hotel is right on the main pedestrian street, with shops, restaurants, and a ski lift just minutes from the entrance. Guest parking is available outside near the SPAR grocery store. The staff were exceptionally kind and capable. My half-board stay included breakfast and a very good four-course dinner. There are separate spaces for breakfast and dinner, plus a bar and lounge. I’ll definitely stay again. There was a space for a mini fridge in the room, but no fridge; I didn’t need one, so it wasn’t a big deal. Breakfast was a nice spread, but wasn’t replenished for late risers. By the time I ate, the meat and fruit had been picked over. I’ll know to get up earlier next time!

We had the half-board package, with a set-menu dinner that was simple but quite tasty. Breakfast was a decent selection of cereals, cheese, cold cuts, and bread, and they’ll make eggs to order. It’s a very comfortable hotel in central Seefeld, and the rooms have a typical Alpine look.
