Krumers Alpin - Your Mountain Oasis

The spa, rooms, atmosphere, amenities, food, and staff were all unreal. A big thank you to Fei and the lovely gentleman at reception. I'd recommend this place to family and friends visiting Austria, and we'll 100% be back. 10/10.

We had a very good dinner and breakfast, and made good use of the excellent fitness facilities, though the floor really needed cleaning. The spa was relaxing, and we enjoyed the sunshine on our balcony. We arrived around 3 PM. The electric car charging point was convenient, and, since the sun was out, waiting in the garden was pleasant. Our room wasn't ready, though, and the welcome drink we had been told about wasn't provided. A few things would have improved the stay: coffee and tea in the room, bath salts for the tub, and separate shampoo, conditioner, and body wash instead of one dispenser. Still, it was a pleasant, relaxing stay with great wellness facilities.

The staff made a real difference. Everyone we met was courteous and helpful, and seemed to care about making our stay special. The pool area was clean and inviting, and there was plenty to do, including the spa, gym, yoga, and sauna. We also enjoyed the food. The restaurants had a broad selection, from local dishes to international favorites, and the breakfast buffet was varied, fresh, and flavorful. The grounds were beautifully kept, with lush gardens, scenic views, and peaceful surroundings that felt like a break from daily life. Our room was spacious, and check-in was smooth and welcoming. It was an unforgettable stay. I'd highly recommend this resort for a relaxing, luxurious getaway, and I'm already looking forward to coming back.

The manager actually snatched the glass of water out of my hands because I hadn't arrived at the hotel that day, even though I'd already been staying there for four days. Apparently the water when you walk in isn't for you 😁! I've never been welcomed like that at a hotel. Disgraceful!
