The central location is excellent, parking is convenient, and there’s one charging point for cars. For skiing, you can take the public ski bus, though driving is just as easy. We spent three nights here with my daughter, but the hotel was a major disappointment. The price and quality are badly out of balance. The breakfast felt more like something from a two-star hotel than a four-star one. It wasn’t inviting, and the selection seemed unchanged for at least ten years: no pancakes, oatmeal, or good yogurt, just very basic options. We tried dinner once and didn’t go back, despite having booked half board. The food wasn’t worth it. Most of the staff weren’t friendly, though one man who spoke Dutch was an exception. The Wi-Fi was poor throughout the hotel. The place feels outdated and urgently needs renovation. Maybe it was great years ago, but those days seem to be over. The atmosphere and coziness fell well short of what we expected. A definite fail, and there are much better options in the city center.

The hotel was as lovely as ever. My only room complaint was the shower door runner, which didn’t work properly and made the door hard to open and close. The pool and jacuzzi felt cooler than in past years, and the steam room wasn’t as hot or steamy as it should be. Still, it’s an excellent hotel.

A lovely spa hotel right in the center of town. The atmosphere was great, the staff were lovely, and the rooms were clean and nice. The food was very good, especially breakfast.

The central location made the nearby main square noisy, though it was worth it for being so close to everything. Breakfast was great, and the wellness spa was much nicer than I expected. Great hotel with fantastic amenities.
