Hotel zum Gourmet

Breakfast was delicious and generous, and there are lots of quiet spots around the hotel to relax. The room was well equipped, with a really convenient bathroom. Everyone was welcoming and patiently answered our questions, including explaining what there is to see around the village. It's only a seven minute walk from the center. Highly recommended!

We've stayed here four times already, and the staff are amazing, especially Suzi and Katarina. But the hotel management has changed its policy on big dogs. Now there's an extra €100 charge on top of the €20 per night for the dog.

The food was good, though the choices were sometimes limited. What they did serve was really good, but people with specific dietary needs might struggle a bit. It's a great hotel for a break in Seefeld, a few minutes' walk from town, the ski shops, and the bus stop. All the staff looked after us well at meals and at the bar. Special mention to Suzi, who was so helpful and went out of her way for all of us.

I called back a few times, but nobody answered. “Roland” at the front desk hung up on me while I was asking about preparing a baby bed, since we're coming with a baby. He got irritated and banged the phone instead of answering my questions. That was extremely rude and arrogant. There's no sensitivity toward families with babies or infants, and the whole experience was disrespectful and disappointing. I hope the managers read this and rethink what values they expect from staff. Staff like Roland have forgotten what hospitality and welcoming customers mean. If you're looking for service and hospitality, I highly recommend not coming to this hotel.
