Breakfast opened early, which was handy during the 2024 Austrian Grand Prix. The hotel itself was very nice, with good facilities and friendly staff, and having a restaurant on site was convenient. Making a reservation there was a little difficult. If you're going to the Grand Prix, it's a great place to stay.

The location is stunning, but the rooms feel dated. There was no kettle, water or drinks in the room, and no iron, just the standard things you'd expect.

The breakfast had a good variety, and the reception lady was so eager to help with a technical problem on our bike that she earns the third star from me. I do wish the bathrooms had small shampoo and shower gel bottles. Reception could also let guests know the restaurant closes at 20.00, since there aren't many other choices nearby. The outdoor restaurant area could use a bit more care.

We enjoyed the dinner buffet and the pool, but other guests were really loud at night and it made sleeping difficult. There was no way to ventilate the room, so it can get very hot on summer days.

We were well looked after during our stay for the austrian f1 grand prix. They took especially good care of my daughter and her meals, since she has coeliac disease and needs a gluten-free diet. Thank you so much.
