Stay away from this place. The owner seems determined to squeeze extra money out of guests. We booked a sauna slot a day ahead, but the saunas weren’t switched on until ten minutes after our time started, then were turned off, along with all the lights, five minutes before it ended. The rooms are laid out well, but ours were filthy when we arrived, so we had to clean everything before unpacking. At checkout, the owner said our card payment hadn’t gone through even though it had. We’ve now been charged multiple times, and the owner refuses to return the duplicate amount, saying it would waste his time and he’d have to charge an admin fee. Absolutely unacceptable.

The apartment has a relaxed vibe, and the people are friendly. It’s right by the lifts and après-ski, and we could charge our car there. I’d recommend it, and I don’t understand all the negative reviews.

Our nine-month-old daughter was hit by a car two months before our holiday. She’s still in hospital, and our whole family is devastated. We couldn’t travel, and with her fighting for her life, the rest of us weren’t in any state to enjoy a vacation. We contacted the hotel to discuss canceling, but they wouldn’t discuss cancellation or any alternative arrangements and didn’t respond to our calls. We lost €3000, money that could have gone toward her rehabilitation. In this situation, it felt like business mattered more than empathy and nobody cared about what our family was going through. We don’t recommend this hotel.

Our family didn’t travel because of the car accident involving the nine-month-old baby. The accommodation canceled our stay, which we had paid for in full. We paid 3300EUR for the trip and are now trying to get the invoice from March 2024 for a court hearing, but we can’t reach anyone. Nobody will speak with us. I don’t recommend this accommodation because communication has been nonexistent.
