Apart-Hotel Sonnhof Royal

We’ve returned to the Sonnhof Royal in Serfaus several times. Apartments 2 and 3 work really well for families or a small group of friends, with quality furnishings and an alpine chalet feel. Both have two sunny balconies with breathtaking mountain views. It’s a quiet spot while still being central, with the subway, restaurants, and après-ski bars just around the corner. The Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis ski area is fantastic, and there’s just as much variety in the summer activities.

The children were comfortable too, and we found the Serfaus location ideal, close to the train station and village square. We could store our bikes conveniently in the ski room. There was even a charging station for our electric car right at the hotel, which meant we could set off home relaxed and fully charged. Our room was modern and very well equipped, and we felt completely at home. Kathrin, the owner, was helpful and always focused on finding solutions. Patricia gave us a warm welcome at reception, and the service was excellent. We’d love to return and can highly recommend the accommodation.

We spent a week here with our two small children. The apartment was modern and furnished to a high standard, and the receptionist was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is hard to beat, just 100 meters from the subway and 150 meters from the supermarket. Really good value, and 100% recommended. Just a note, this is a holiday apartment, not a hotel. It may have been a hotel with breakfast and so on at some point.

We were delighted by all the little touches, from the underfloor heating and bedtime treats to the quality toiletries, wine cabinet, and private sauna in the apartment. The bed was especially comfortable, and we woke refreshed every morning, ready to hit the ski slopes. The apartment was spacious, modern, and spotless, and we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. The staff were so friendly and helpful, always smiling. Its location is quiet but central, less than 100 meters from the Dorfbahn cable car. There’s a restaurant next door, with more restaurants and two supermarkets an easy walk away. Thanks to Kathrin and Didi's team for a memorable stay. We’re looking forward to coming back, hopefully next ski season. We’d happily recommend it.
