A large, family-run hotel with a long tradition. It’s down to earth rather than fancy, but clean, friendly, and equipped with what you need. Rooms are spacious enough, and housekeeping was attentive. The location is central and the price is good for what you get. There’s a nice pool and spa, though it got noisy and crowded with children who weren’t being supervised. The buffet and menu both had a good range of food, but nothing surprising.

Staff gave us a warm welcome and provided great service the whole stay. We had excellent breakfast and dinner, and the hotel has ski-in, ski-out access with rentals in the building. There were a few very minor technical issues, but not enough to affect my rating. I can’t confirm the negative observations, partly because the price felt very fair for the quality compared with most other places in the alps.

The food was exquisite, with plenty of choice for kids and adults, from simple dishes to fine dining. The spa facilities are huge, clean, and very modern. We also loved the rooms, with great views and nice balconies. It’s a great location, only a 3 to 5 minute walk to the chair lift, perfect for children and families. Wonderful staff made the whole stay a great experience from start to finish.

As a family of four, we were extremely pleased. The food and location were great, and service was friendly and helpful. It’s rated four stars, but we thought it offered five-star value and exceeded my expectations.
