The ski location is ideal, and you can take the train into the village. Crossing the bottom of the ski slope can be quite challenging, though. For après-ski, Finale is nearby across the piste, and Alpengasthof Grüner is a good restaurant in the same area. Each apartment also has its own ski and boot locker in the ski cellar. We stayed in Apart Sonnhof (APART 2) from January 25th to January 30th, 2026. We arrived at 9:00 AM, even though check-in was listed as starting at 3:00 PM. While we were skiing, we got an email saying we could check in at noon, so we came back at 12:30 PM. Andrea Riml greeted us very warmly. Apartment 2 doesn’t have much of an outdoor terrace, but inside it’s very well equipped, looks great, and has a wonderful bed. All in all, we had a great apartment and location, and the owner was lovely. We’d recommend it, and hope there’s room for us to rent it again. The heated ski room and bread service were lovely extras, and the owners were kind and helpful. They even helped us get tickets for Aqua Dome and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was comfortable for the two of us and well equipped. Its position right on the edge of the slopes made for a great ski-in, ski-out stay, with beautiful views from the apartment. We really enjoyed it and would consider coming back for another ski season.

You can ski in from these modern apartments in a magnificent location. The owners are very kind and helpful, and we’ll definitely come back.

The sauna made from a ski gondola on the balcony was a fun touch. The apartment was clean, modern, and full of character, with great views and ski-in, ski-out access. Daniel and Andrea were very friendly and helpful hosts. We’ll return!

The owning family were very friendly and happy to help us plan things, and the apartment was fully equipped to a high standard. The whole building felt new and well laid out, with even the driveway heated so it was safe to leave the parking area. This is right by the slope, with a balcony overlooking it and a ski lift cabin sauna with infrared. It was the best ski location I’ve ever visited. Just know that it isn’t completely quiet. Is anywhere in solden? There’s a lively slope atmosphere and happy après-ski nearby in the afternoons and early evenings.
