The hotel is centrally located but still quiet. The cleaning team did a great job, and we got fresh towels every day. Breakfast was nice too. What I didn’t like was the receptionist’s way of speaking to us. She should have been more polite and sincere. The hotel seems to have a lot of history and, from what I understood, was one of the first hotels in Solden. The owners are probably very nice people, but they should check how their receptionist treats guests. She should be equally polite to everyone, not just the people she chooses. Thanks.

We’re still talking about the fun we had here, and I already miss the place. I arranged a winter trip for 16 people and looked through a lot of hotels before choosing this one. It turned out to be a lucky choice and made the vacation feel perfect for everyone. The owner, koni, was patient and kind while helping me book, even when changes to the rooms got messy. She made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. The hotel is beautiful, with large, comfortable, clean rooms. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, with plenty of variety and options for different diets. I’d happily come back.

We could get to the slopes and lifts on foot, so there was no need for transport to reach the activities. The hotel itself was spotless, both in the rooms and shared spaces. Staff were especially polite and helpful, and breakfast was excellent.

A real plus was how well the doors and windows kept noise out, even the bathroom door blocked most of it. The hotel feels very modern, and there’s only a short walk to restaurants, bars, a supermarket, and the public pool and sauna, which are included in the stay. Staff were very friendly, and breakfast was decent.
