For the reasonable price, the location near the ski slope is great. The owner is very friendly, and this will always be my first choice when looking for accommodation in Sölden.

The apartments are modern and equipped with everything you need, and the location close to the slope is perfect. There are a couple of nice restaurants nearby, with plenty more a short walk down to Soelden. Andy is a great host, always reachable if you have questions or need anything extra.

We had another lovely week at this guesthouse in a marvelous location. Ski facilities, including rentals, are very close, and you only have a short walk before you can ski down to the lift. Nice restaurants are within easy walking distance too. After skiing, Andy has the sauna ready for you. A really good place if you'd like to stay away from the noisy après-ski area.

It was our first time staying in an apartment, and this one was so convenient for the piste. It's a few minutes' walk before you can ski down to the Giggijoch gondola. The host was very friendly and spoke fluent English and German. The apartment was in immaculate condition, laid out well, and stocked for self-catering. You can walk to the town centre using shortcuts that don't show on google, or take the funicular. The apartment is above the centre. I'd recommend it to friends and family.

The location is hard to beat, with just a quick 3-minute ski down to the gondola and access to Solden's unbeatable skiing. We had a fantastic week on the slopes and look forward to staying again. It's a homely Gästehaus, and the staff were friendly and quick to respond.
