Service here is exceptionally good, and the rooms and kitchen are particularly neat and well equipped. There’s a microwave but no oven, and you can have rolls delivered from the bakery in the morning. The house has two apartments and sits beautifully above Sölden, about a 200-meter walk from the ski slope. Just check your route back carefully. We’d love to return in summer too. Highly recommended!

Erika is so sweet and hospitable, and we felt very comfortable in the Zirbenduft apartment. It’s beautifully furnished, with a superbly equipped kitchen. We had a wonderful ski vacation and would love to come back!

The landlady is incredibly nice, and we’d book here again without hesitation. The house is just above Sölden, within walking distance of the beginner ski area on the Gaislachkogel. Intermediate skiers can even ski back to the house. We booked four rooms for a week, plus a spacious eat-in kitchen with excellent equipment and nearly new furnishings. Half the rooms had renovated bathrooms, and the others may be renovated soon. Everything was very clean.

It was a cozy place with a fantastic view, and the staff were genuinely Bavarian and friendly. The restrooms were the one thing that wasn’t so great.

The apartment was spacious, very quiet, and extremely clean. Lovely landlords too. I’d love to stay here.
