Hotel Elisabeth

A modern hotel with traditional character, and a perfect location just a two-minute walk from the slopes. The rooms were large, spacious, and super clean. Food was high-quality and very tasty, and the hotel and restaurant staff were professional and super friendly. I was very pleased with my stay. I’ll definitely return and recommend it to everyone.

The food at both breakfast and dinner was tasty, and the hotel is just two minutes from the slope, with easy access to the main gondolas. The staff were super welcoming and kind. They even offered to drive us to the bus station with our luggage. Only downside: no apple strudel while we were there ;) Definitely would recommend it!

My family of four really enjoyed our meal at Hotel Elisabeth. The mostly traditional dishes were quite tasty, and the duck special one person ordered was very good. There’s a small salad bar to start with, but it costs extra. The service was very good too. Eating out can be difficult if you’re staying higher up on Innerwald Strasse, since there aren’t many places and getting to the city center isn’t easy even with the tram. There don’t seem to be many traditional Austrian restaurants in Solden generally, maybe they’re mostly hotels serving their own guests. I’d happily return to Hotel Elisabeth, but the price is why I’m giving it four stars: it cost 30 euros more than other places. Rauth Alm is a better deal with great food. We didn’t stay at this hotel, so I can only rate the food.
