The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the staff were very, very friendly. Our large, clean room had a big wardrobe and bathroom. A lovely quiet spot with a beautiful mountain view, and chairs on the balcony where you can sit and watch it.

The hostess was very friendly and accommodating, and breakfast was perfectly adequate. We could keep our skis in a heated room inside the house, and there’s ample parking at the property. It’s a very clean, well-maintained place in the heart of the Ötztal Valley. The bus stop is just a few minutes’ walk away. Highly recommended!

The room was really comfortable and clean, which quickly lifted our mood after our holiday had to be extended unexpectedly. Damage to our car from a marten meant the three of us, including our toddler, suddenly needed somewhere to stay at short notice. Haus Hugo handled our spontaneous request without any problem and welcomed us warmly. Breakfast was plentiful and child-friendly, with lots of fruit and Nutella. I think the hostess even bought a few things especially for our little one. They were always glad to answer our questions. We hope to come back one day with a trip planned in advance instead of arriving so spontaneously.
