We stayed August 12th to August 22nd, 2019, and our type 4 apartment was spacious, well maintained, very clean, and superbly equipped. With just the two of us, we didn't use the second bedroom. The bathroom was roomy for a vacation apartment, and the toilet was in its own separate room. The main room had a well-equipped kitchenette and a dining space with a corner bench and chairs, with a cozy sofa area around the corner. The sofa could also be used as a bed. The covered balcony let us leave things out to dry or air without them getting rained on, and there was plenty of room by the apartment door for shoes and bags. The house is next to a hotel, with forest starting just behind it. The town center, with shops and good restaurants, is about 1 km away. Several hiking trails start from the house, and the forest is only a few meters away. The owners were incredibly friendly and gave us great tips for hikes and restaurants. It must be beautiful here in winter too, though we only know that from pictures.
