We spent a week here skiing and loved it. Booking was easy, the service was excellent and everyone was really kind and friendly. Breakfast had everything we wanted. Honestly, there's nothing at all to criticize about this wonderful place.

We had a great stay at this family-run hotel, and all the staff were friendly. We booked when there weren't many places left to choose from, and we're really glad we came. Its position between the town and the ski lift worked well: cross the road for the button lift and ski to the gondola, or hop on the free bus straight there. Our rooms were spacious, with lots of storage. Some in our group had kitchenettes and seating areas. The bathroom was clean and nice, and the shower pressure was decent. There was plenty of ski and boot storage in the basement, though my boots personally didn't dry well enough on the heater. The spa downstairs had a sauna, steam room, infrared room, relaxation room, massage bed (tokens available at reception) and two showers. Towels and robes were provided, along with cups for tap water. Breakfast had a good range: fresh bread and pastries, cold meats, cheeses, smoked salmon, eggs, yoghurt, fruit, cereals, nuts and seeds, plus coffee and tea. On some afternoons they served cake, and it was always tasty with a good selection. We also ate dinner there a couple of nights. It was a reasonably priced four-course set menu, with a few choices for the main. The fillet steak one night was amazing. Alcohol is available in the restaurant, and at a reasonable price; on staff days off, there's an honesty bar. I'd definitely recommend it as a base for a ski holiday. 😊

We wished we'd booked two weeks instead of one as our coach pulled out of the car park. From the warm, professional welcome at reception to the delicious food and clean, inviting room, everything felt lovely. The staff were caring and happy, and the mountains and peaceful pace made it a great place for quiet time. There are amazing walks in every direction. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Room 401.

I've been coming back for years. The rooms are always in pristine condition, the food is delicious, and the staff are all kind and lovely. One of the best hotels in Austria!
