We found this place by chance on a European road trip in summer 2024, and we hope to return soon. We booked two rooms on the top floor and loved the peaceful views over the mountains and valley. The rooms and balcony were very clean and well kept, and both the service and food were excellent. My daughter has Celiac's, and she was very happy with the gluten-free choices at both breakfast and dinner.

It’s wonderfully peaceful here, surrounded by nature and away from the busy city streets. The views are gorgeous, especially from the corner rooms and the ones with balconies, and the location made our stay memorable. Getting there means driving along a few very narrow streets, so you might think you’ve taken a wrong turn or reached a dead end. Keep going, the view soon opens up and the hotel and mountains come into sight. I’d go back in a second.

We slept well in comfortable beds, and the family room was two connected bedrooms. Our daily menu meal came in generous portions and tasted delicious. The setting up in the mountains above town was so peaceful. We sat in the courtyard under a grand tree, watching paragliders drift down from the mountaintop.

The people were wonderful, and the rooms were nice. When I asked about vegan food, they put together a whole menu for me: soup, salad, a main course, and even dessert. Everything was delicious. I can’t thank them enough.

The room numbers didn’t seem to match the floors, so arriving late in the evening and finding a key at reception left us unsure where to go. Apart from that little challenge, everything was amazing. There’s a great view, a good location, a nice breakfast, a kids’ playground, and a large parking area right by the hotel. I recommend it!
