The surroundings are beautiful, with a crystal-clear lake and lovely mountains. The accommodation is cozy, peaceful, and beautiful, in a smaller building, but the service feels like what you'd get at a big hotel. The village is less packed with tourists than some nearby towns. What more could you ask for?

We had a relaxing family holiday at Landhaus Lisl, with breathtaking mountain views and a welcoming feel in this lovingly run guesthouse. Our daughter loved her sofa bed, and it's very child-friendly. Breakfast was great, and we enjoyed delicious dinners with good wine, plus the lovely indoor pool. There are plenty of nearby excursions, including a boat trip on the Kaiser Franz Joseph, the Schafberg Railway, the Kleefeld Wildlife Park, and playgrounds. We'd love to come back!

The place was clean, friendly, and impeccably maintained, with excellent service and a top-quality breakfast. The ladies at reception had great hiking tips, and everyone always had a smile. Highly recommended.

Breakfast was very good, and the restaurant looks out over the lake. Our room was cozy and pleasant, though it was in a separate building.
