Jenny Ducki and Gudit were especially kind, helpful, and professional, and their service made our stay even better. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well organized, and breakfast was fresh and delicious. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it.

Jenny Ducki and Gudit made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived, always smiling and ready to help. They were friendly, professional, and attentive, and went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. Their kindness made the stay more comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and well maintained, with a lovely atmosphere and good quality facilities. Breakfast had a great selection of fresh options and made each morning special. The hotel is right beside the kids' teaching area, with a ski school and rental hire attached, and the terrain is excellent for getting children started quickly. The food had a great selection throughout the week, and every staff member was friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make us comfortable. We had an amazing week skiing at Alpin hotel Kaiserfels. Even this late in the season, conditions were excellent. They manage snowmaking and grooming really well, and all the runs were open down to 650m. It's a perfect location for a ski holiday, and we'll definitely return.

End of August 2025: The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean and modern, and there was enough parking. We liked the variety at the breakfast and dinner buffets, including the themed evenings, and the drinks were good value. Having connecting rooms worked well for four adults. A few things could be better. The gyros was too salty. On some evenings the dessert area was empty after 19:00. At check-in we were asked to have dinner later because the hotel has lots of families with small children, but when we arrived after 19:00, an hour after the buffet opened, many desserts had already been taken and not replenished. The lunch menu didn't offer much variety, and on the day we wanted lunch at the Rock Bar there was no cook available. The bigger issue in summer was the heat in the room, which never dropped below 25 degrees Celsius. Air conditioning would help. It would also be useful to have a water cooker with tea and coffee in the rooms, and a drying rack on the balcony for swimming gear. We had to dry ours on the outdoor chairs.
